This project, commissioned in October 2019, treats the exhaust gas from the entire refined lead and rare precious metals plant. It includes nitrogen oxide and acidic waste gases generated from processes such as gold mud nitric acid removal, aqua regia dissolution, sodium sulfite reduction, gold electrolysis, silver nitric acid dissolution, and silver electrolysis. It is particularly effective for high-concentration nitrogen oxides generated during the gold mud nitric acid removal, aqua regia dissolution, and silver nitric acid dissolution processes.

The refined lead and rare precious metals plant exhaust gas treatment project utilizes a two-stage bubbling absorption + three-stage jet absorption + SDG adsorption process. The treated gas then enters a two-stage alkaline spray tower. Acidic waste gases generated from sodium sulfite reduction, gold electrolysis, silver electrolysis, and other storage tanks are directly treated using the two-stage alkaline spray tower. The treated waste gas is discharged through a chimney. Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably, and all waste gas emission indicators meet the owner’s requirements.
