This project is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project for gold and silver refining, encompassing workshop design, equipment production, installation, commissioning, and process training. The raw materials are refined gold and crude silver. The refined gold undergoes nitric acid purification, chlorination dissolution, and sodium sulfite reduction processes to obtain 99.99% pure gold powder, which is then granulated and cast into 1kg standard gold ingots meeting Shanghai Stock Exchange standards.

Silver is processed using smelting and electrolysis processes to obtain silver powder with a purity of over 99.99%, which is then smelted and cast into 15kg silver ingots. High-concentration nitrogen oxide waste gas generated during the nitric acid purification and silver electrolyte preparation processes is treated using a two-stage bubbling absorption + four-stage jet absorption + two-stage alkaline spray treatment. Smelting waste gas is treated using baghouse dust collection + two-stage alkaline spray treatment. Other acidic waste gases and fugitive emissions from the workshop are treated using two-stage alkaline spray treatment.
