This project uses only half the gold content in the electrolyte compared to traditional electrolysis processes, achieving an electrolysis efficiency 3-4 times higher. The electrolysis production cycle is 15-20 hours, with gold electrolysis refining losses below 0.02%, resulting in faster and more efficient production. It also overcomes the technical challenge of the highly unstable purity of 99.999% high-purity gold produced by traditional chemical methods.
The equipment achieves integrated, unified, and intelligent gold electrolysis units. It features intelligent monitoring systems for electrolyte temperature control, voltage, current, and copper busbar temperature. Operation is simple, safe, and convenient, allowing for flexible batch production. The highly integrated equipment occupies a small area, and its overall corrosion resistance and operating environment are significantly improved.
