This project officially commenced operation in May 2021. It is used to treat high-concentration nitrogen oxide (NOx) waste gas generated from the indium nitrate dissolution reactor. According to data provided by the client, the NOx concentration produced by the indium nitrate dissolution reactor reached as high as 180,000 mg/m³. Furthermore, the project site is less than 1000 meters away from residential buildings, requiring a NOx emission concentration of no less than 100 mg/m³, and the exhaust gas must be colorless and odorless.

To address the specific operating conditions of this project, we designed a two-stage bubbling oxidation + three-stage water jet treatment + four-stage jet absorption process. The client recycles the acid solution after water absorption. During the initial commissioning with materials, the client measured the NOx emission concentration at 80 mg/m³, and the project is currently operating stably.
