Disadvantages of multi-cell series vertical silver electrolytic cells:
Loose cell structure, requiring a large floor space for the same output.
Cell design is not conducive to closed production, resulting in flue gas overflow and a poor working environment.
Too many cells in series mean that a problem in one cell affects the output of the entire series, leading to low overall output.
Small gap between the cathode plate and the cell wall, prone to short circuits, resulting in large amounts of anode mud and low electrolysis efficiency.
Loose connection between the copper busbar and the electrode plate, leading to overheating.
