Our client signed a contract for palladium refining and waste gas treatment. Each batch can refine 10-15 kg of palladium. Glass reaction vessels and storage tanks are used, ensuring the entire reaction process is transparent, easy to clean, and free from pressure buildup. The reaction vessels and filtration devices utilize vacuum-cooled systems for convenient operation. The reaction fume hood features a transparent sliding door and a flue gas deflector to completely remove generated waste gas.
The waste gas to be treated includes nitrogen oxides from palladium aqua regia dissolution and alkaline waste gas from the palladium refining process. Nitrogen oxides are treated using a two-stage bubbling absorption + four-stage jet absorption + one-stage alkaline scrubbing process. Alkaline waste gas is treated using a two-stage acid scrubbing process.
The project commenced operation in January 2020 and is performing well.
